Exchange & Refund Policy

At Thread & Thistle by Mora, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. Please read our exchange and refund policy carefully.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, customers may exchange it for another item of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid).

  • Raise an exchange request by emailing us at  threadandthistlebymora@gmail.com with your order number at  within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind purchases.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

Non-Exchangeable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:

  • Customized or altered products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items without original tags or packaging

In-Store Purchases

For items purchased at our physical store, exchanges must be made in-store with the original bill or receipt.

Online Orders
